PUBLIC SPEAKING

My story

From the bustling streets of Queens, NYC, to the quiet suburbs of Kansas, my journey is one of resilience and transformation. As the daughter of Punjabi immigrants who fled genocide, I’ve navigated the challenges of cultural identity, adaptation, and finding my voice in a new world. My story is a powerful testament to the strength of immigrant families and the enduring pursuit of the American Dream.

youth advocacy

Gen Z is not just the future—we are the present. My advocacy journey began in high school, where I immersed myself in local initiatives and politics, determined to make a difference. From passing proclamations to leading community efforts, I’ve seen firsthand the impact that young voices can have. I speak passionately about the importance of starting early, empowering the next generation to take charge and create the change they wish to see.

immigration

Immigration is more than just a political issue—it’s deeply personal. Through Eye of an Immigrant, the non-profit I founded, I work to elevate the stories of immigrants, fund pathways to citizenship, and foster a welcoming community for all. My work is driven by my parents’ journey and the countless others who seek a better life. I’m committed to ensuring that their voices are heard, their contributions recognized, and their dreams realized.

“Through my story, I amplify the voices of those who've been silenced, showing the world that our journeys are the heartbeat of progress”
